- Red Income Certificate (Modello RED)
- Citizenship and residency documentation assistance
- Other fiscal and administrative assistance services as listed on our platform
All services are provided entirely online through our secure platform.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident in Italy or have Italian tax obligations
- Provide accurate and complete personal and fiscal information
- Have a valid email address and phone number
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Submission of false or fraudulent information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to the relevant Italian authorities.
6. Fees and Payment
Service fees are displayed on each service page before submission. By submitting a paid service request, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Refunds are issued at our discretion in cases where the service cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control. No refund is due where incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the client.
7. Processing Times
Estimated delivery times are indicated on each service page and are approximations only. Processing times may be affected by:
- Completeness and accuracy of submitted documents
- Response times from Italian government authorities
- Public holidays and seasonal peaks (e.g., 730 season)
Milano CAF is not liable for delays caused by third-party authorities or incomplete client submissions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Milano CAF or its content suppliers and is protected by Italian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, Milano CAF shall not be liable for:
- Errors or delays caused by incorrect information provided by the user
- Decisions or outcomes made by Italian government authorities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Temporary unavailability of our platform due to maintenance or technical issues
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
